My PV story: I interviewed Fixer for my college music show when Joelle was their publicist. Joelle introduced me to tons of other great artists like Tokyo Rose and Val Emmich and mailed me issues of PV in its zine days. When Joelle asked me if I wanted to join the PV team, it was a no-brainer for me – the PV ladies were smart, savvy and had great taste in music. And great hair according to some reviewer.

An ideal Saturday in my world: Sleep in til 10. Go to a yoga class, maybe two. Take a 3 mile walk through the city. Listen to music. Meet friends for tea.

Favorite article of clothing: Jeans

What’s on my Netflix Queue: The L Word, Burn After Reading, Earthlings, King Corn

What’s on my grocery list: kale or collard greens, arugula, hummus, soba noodles, raw almonds, carrots, bananas, raw chocolate (preferably The One Bar).

Who I love: Assume that I love you unless I say otherwise.

Most starstruck moment: Meeting Steven Tyler in high school.

My advice to you: Eat dark chocolate, relax, do yoga. Try not to stress over the things that change every day anyway. Treat every day like it will be the greatest day yet and then have fun figuring out why it’s true. Keep your mind open – you never know who or what you’ll encounter when you don’t close yourself off to life’s possibilities.
