Someone ACTUALLY posted saying that going vegan is NOT healthy?

Apparently they either never went vegan before, or, did a very bad job. People, you can’t eat salad and cheap vegan noodles for every meal and feel good! There is SOME work that goes into a proper vegan diet, just like how that college kid got scurvy a few years back from living off of nothing but pizza and doritos for months on end. ANY diet can be bad if you don’t educate yourself how to do it properly, and I have the feeling that Dylan will do it correctly.

Anyone who says that going vegan isn’t healthy simply doesn’t know. Not more I can say than that.
