On The Verge featuring Chris DeCinque of Closure in Moscow

When Closure in Moscow stopped by the On the Verge studios, vocalist Chris DeCinque refrained from eating Jessica’s freshly baked chocolate-chip cookies. Such an incident has never occurred, so we had to get to the bottom of it. We discovered that he’s vegan. Phew! In this clip, he talks to Joelle about his decision to eliminate animal-based products from his diet and lifestyle.
Off camera, DeCinque also revealed that he’d eat meat before he’d ever touch dairy products again. He also shared his views about bees and admits he sometimes eats honey. But we’ll tell you more about that on our blog soon.

awww i wish i could have been there. i completely agree with him. dairy industry is corrupt. check out the vegan drinks vid and you’ll hear josh katcher talk about why he’d rather eat steak than an egg… the perception is wrong – it’s all cruel but factory farms are the cruelest to egg laying hens and raising cows for their milk (and then to kill them when theyre no good any more) is awwwwfulllll. Worse than just eating the steak.
