The Low Down delivers a solid introduction to the world of music with their well rounded and artfully crafted debut EP, Cut Loose. A lot of artists can struggle to deliver and authenticate themselves on a full length album, even more find it hard to execute their message through an EP; with a short list of tunes that can make or break, Cut Loose, is a promising first look into the rock and blues-infused band.
